Buy your first online ski pass

If you have an old Niseko internet lift ticket card or a card purchased from the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop, please see “TOP UP YOUR ONLINE LIFT PASS”.

1. 1. BUY ONLINE

   1. 01To shop online, you must create an account.
   2. 02Select the season in which you want to use the ski pass.
   3. 03Select "Buy new ski pass".
   4. 04Select the items and add them to your shopping cart.
   5. 05For your first online purchase, 500 JPY will be added to each keycard user. This is a permanent card that you can reload for the 2nd time and for each user.
   6. 06Review the items in your cart and click Next.
   7. 07Fill out the form to create a Niseko United account. The contact email address in this form is also your login ID. Click Proceed to Checkout.
      Fill out the form to create a Niseko Grand Hirafu Hanazono account. The contact email address in this form is also your login ID. Click Proceed to Checkout.
      Even if you have already registered for the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop, you still have to register. The email address may be the same as that of the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop.
   8. 08Now you have to assign the owners to each ski pass.
   9. 09If you use your account to buy other people's ski passes, click the "+Add New Group Member" button in the "My Group" section and fill out the form for each person.
   10. 10Assign the group members to each pass by selecting a name from the pull-down menu in the My Booking section. Please note that online ski passes are not transferable.
       Even if you have already registered for the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop, you still have to register.
   11. 11Click Book & Pay to proceed with payment. Payment method is credit card only. We accept VISA, MASTER cards.
   12. 12Passport confirmation with QR code will be sent to your registered email address. You will need this confirmation QR code to collect your pass.

2. 2. COLLECT YOUR PASS / KEYCARD

   1. 01You can pick up your online ski pass at Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU or Niseko Hanazono Resort
   2. 02At the ticket machines in the resorts, scan the QR code on your passport confirmation.
   3. 03Take the key card loaded with the ski pass you bought online from the machine.
   4. 04Now you are done. Scan your online ski pass at the lift doors and enjoy the slopes!
   5. * If you have problems with your online ski pass at Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU or Niseko Hanazono Resort, please go to the nearest lift ticket office with your pass confirmation.

Top up your ski pass online

Paid Cards

1. 1. 01Go to our online shop and select the season that includes the ski pass start date.
   2. 02Select "Top up existing ski pass".
   3. 03Select the lift passes and add them to your shopping cart.
   4. 04Next, log in to your account.
      If you already have an account, enter your registered email address and click "Send me a verification code". Enter the verification code sent to your email address to log in. If you don't already have an account, fill out the registration form and click "Proceed to Checkout" to create an account.
      If you have only registered for the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop, you cannot log in. Please create a new account. The email address may be the same as that of the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop.
   5. 05Enter your key card number. If you load multiple keycards with your account, you must register all keycard holders as your group members with their keycard number. Next, assign the group members to each ski pass you buy.
      A new registration is also required if you have already registered in the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop.
   6. 06Click on "Book and Pay" and review your purchase. Payment method is credit card only. We accept VISA and MasterCard. You must agree to the online booking conditions to proceed with the payment.
   7. 07Passport confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep it until the day of using the ski pass.
   8. *If you have problems with your online ski pass at Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU or Niseko Hanazono Resort, please go to the nearest lift ticket office with your pass confirmation.

Terms & Conditions Conditions

1. 01All online ski pass purchases are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
   Please check the details and the purchase method carefully before purchasing.
   Once payment is made, changes, cancellations or refunds will be made for any reason including illness, injury, transportation delays or cancellations, purchase error, weather conditions, etc.
   Please note this in advance.
2. 02JPY 500 for the key card will not be refunded as it is the purchase of the card and not the deposit.
   These key cards can also be used in the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop.
3. 03The key card is not transferable and the resale of this card is prohibited.
4. 04If the keycard is damaged or lost, the lift ticket will not be reissued and you must buy the lift ticket with a new keycard. However, it will only be reissued for 2,500 yen if the key card is lost on any of the slopes of Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU or Niseko Hanazono Resort.
5. 05Only one type of ski pass can be purchased on the card. If you buy more than one type of ski pass at the same time (including Niseko All Mountain Ski Pass), the card will not work properly.
   Please use the first ski pass you bought before buying the next one.
6. 06You cannot log in with the buyer data registered in the Niseko All Mountain Liftpass Online Shop.
   Please register as a new user of information and lift tickets.
7. 07The online ski pass is activated when you pass the electronic ticket gate with your online ski pass. Please note that the hours and days start from this point.
8. 08Passes for preschoolers are free and their passes are not available online. Please apply for the ski pass at a lift ticket office on the day.
9. 09Lift and gondola operations are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled without notice. Weather-related cancellations of online lift tickets will not be accepted.
